  1. Good Luck to everyone in accomplishing our goals ... I look forward to seeing our success in the near future !!!

    Goals:
    1 - Climb a Mountain in the Adirondacks between now and July 31st. (I used to climb on a regular basis but haven't for the past 10 years)

    2- Lose 10 lbs between now and July 31st. (I recently lost 86 lbs and need to lose 9 more to hit my goal weight)

    3 - Take time for me - One hour a week I get to do something fun for myself (Not for my Child, Husband or Employer.... something silly I want to do just for me)

    Measures:
    1 - Post a picture of me on top of the Mountain via Facebook when completed.

    2 - Track my weight weekly on the My Net Diary app. Will also track daily my water, exercise and food intake.

    3 - Record weekly the fun thing I did for me. This may be as simple as taking a bath, getting a Pedi or as silly as dancing to my favorite music while working in the garden. Kinda looking forward to coming up with some fun and interesting things to do.

  5. Walked 12 miles in two days, Go me ... then off to the nail salon for an over due pedicure. Got my exercise in and my me time as well :)
