  1. My goals are:

    1. Run in two 5K races by the end of summer. Running is not my strong suit, so this will be a big accomplishment for me.

    Measured by whether or not I complete the races.

    2. Lose 10+ lbs. by the end of July.

    Goal measured by the scale. ;)

    3. Defintely need to declutter my home. One room at a time. Would like to declutter two rooms by the end of the challenge.

  3. My running/training partner and I finished a 10 week couch to 5k program on Friday and ran in a 5k on Sunday (Mother's day). It was the first time running, rather than walking, a 5k for both of us. I did okay for my first time (just over 40 mins), but I think I could have done better. I hope to beat my time in the next 5k.

    We are starting the couch to 5k program over again, because my running partner wants to see if she can progress more this time around. We will begin on Wednesday.

  4. 1. I would love to lose 15+ lbs by the end of July. That would get me to my mark of 200lbs. I will use the scale to measure this goal.

    2. I would like to focus on drinking more water or at least more seltzer. I like the bubbles in soda and this will be a hard goal for me but it is healthier.

    3. My non-fitness goal would have to be to clean out my room and truck. I know that once you clean out your environment, it helps the rest of your life. This would include cleaning out my closet again and either donating the clothes or selling them at my grandma's garage sale (might as well try and make some money out of it), dusting, cleaning out my truck and vacuuming it.

  5. Lori and patti, de-cluttering seems to be the goal! Sandi is planning on doing that too. Me, I have to down size, big time. Maybe we can share tricks and encouragement
