  1. 3 goals:
    1) Lose 17 pounds by June 30th (my 35th birthday) which will get me under 200lbs.. again.
    2) Continue to work out atleast 4 days a week (even though my crossfit membership expires in 2.5 weeks
3)Get my house ready to sell and on the market.

    How?
1- Weight loss- eat well, prep meals, track in WW tracker, drink more water
2- Continue working out - I have a membership to Best Fitness, also have things to use at home... would love to start playing tennis once a week too
3- Make alist of the things that need to be done and do one thing a week.

  2. Goals:
    1. Drop some chunk. I’m turning into Santa Claus. Time to shed 15lbs. of fat. My plan of attack? Starting rowing in June. Crossfit 3X per week. Clean up my Paleo diet.
    2. Sign up and complete one fitness event for each month of the challenge. (For example…5K, commemorative WOD, Warrior…etc.)
    3. I’m steeling this from Ellen. The clutter in my house needs to go. My goal is to clear up the first floor and…duh…duh…duh…the basement. Results via pictures. God help me.

    Day one report:
Started with an overzealous bang. 4 mile jog with Layla(Our dog) in the am. Crossfit in the afternoon.

    Apple
    After WOD- Progenix
    Salad with chicken and guac.
D- Roasted butternut squash, spinach, grilled chicken and ground beef.
Snack- ½ paleo sun nut butter cookie. (Recipe from Paleomg)

  3. Go Ladies!!! I know I should post food intake and exercise activities, but it turns out my food intake is too long a list to fit in the blog entry window (just kidding, but it is a bit embarrassing next to my activities listing!). I wish you both the best in your personal challenges!!!!!
