Goal 1: Start moving! I am currently doing no exercise at all, and my goal by the end of these 90 days is to have worked up to at least 3 hours a week, which is to include cardio, strength training and flexibility work.
I will measure this via an exercise journal that I will use to log any workouts I do.
Goal 2: Drink more water! I am so good at doing this while I'm at work, around a water cooler, but once I'm home in the evening and on weekends, I drink very little. I suspect that I'm dehydrated most of the time.
I will record how much water I drink every day to measure the progress made on this goal.
Goal 3: Organize my house! As others have mentioned, there is much clutter and extra furniture (from my husband's parents) to wade through and decide on whether it will be kept, donated or discarded. Our living room is my first target, but the basement is the real goal. I will use photos to document and measure progress.
Goal 1- Loose 10 pounds Goal 2- Tone muscles, no more flabbly legs, my muscles feel like a tight rubber band. Goal 3- Exercise with my family and schedule date night with Mr. Wonderful. Once every 2-3 weeks. Life gets so busy.
I will weigh myself weekly and record my results. So more stretching and zumba:) I just overall want to feel better.
I've been doing well with my water intake, but the weekend will be the real test.
Nutrition good - logged a 1.6# loss at WW this week. Didn't make this one of my primary goals, but targeting to lose at least another 10# during this 90 days.
No exercise yet - my right knee still giving me issues. Cindy

Last night I did my fitness test. That was tiring. My daughter was a great cheerleader and record keeper.
